Magnor Glassworks
Enjoy the sight of the glassblowers at the glassworks! This is magic with sand and fire - the world's most exciting handicraft! Magnor Glassworks is a fantastic experience for the whole family, and is also one of Innlandet’s biggest tourist attraction. Magnor was founded in 1896, and several generations have shaped its history.

Explore the history of Kongsvinger city!
The eldest part of Kongsvinger consists of huge officers' quarters and smaller housing for the soldiers fra the 17- and 1800's. The district grew up by Kongsvinger Fortress and were the childhood streets of the painter Erik Werenskiold who grew up here as a son of commander Fredrik Werenskiold in the end of the 1800's.

The outdoor museum of Odalen - Odalstunet
Odalstunet has collected buildings and artefacts from all over Odalen since the museum was founded just after World War II. The buildings constitute a large farmhouse with both farmhouses, farmhouses and many outbuildings. At a safe distance from the other houses is the kjona and the smithy. In the forest we find the homestead and just beyond is the logger's hut. The museum area itself is open all year round, although the buildings are only open during events.

Kongsvinger Museum
Get to know the region's multifaceted history! The name Anno Museum Kongsvinger region is a collective name for several museums in the Kongsvinger region. The department consists of Kongsvinger Museum, Women's Museum, Odalstunet and Eidskog Museum.In the summer of 2021, the museum's new exhibition "Homeland" opened - it is about the artist Erik Werenskiold and Kongsvinger town in the period 1855 – 1905.

Vinger Church "Klang under kuppelen" («Sound under the Dome»)
Kongsvinger's beautiful church from the 1600s is located at the foot of Øvrebyen, Kongsvinger's old town. With its characteristic onion dome, it is a favorite and beautiful photo motif. The church is currently used, among other things, for the popular concert series "Sound under the Dome", where both local and national artists perform.

Galleri Lyshuset - the art of Kåre Tveter
The gallery, which is located in the farmhouse on the former farm Korsmo Søndre, also invites you to exhibitions with renowned artists. In 2022, the focus was on Kåre Tveter on the occasion of his 100th birthday.Kulturlåven - with Låvebrua and Låvegalleriet - together with Lille Galleri in Stabburet constitutes an exciting cultural museum! Låvegalleriet is a showroom open to guest exhibitors and Sør-Odal Association of Art.Lille Galleri at stabburet is a showroom for young artists/designers from the region and local amateurs who want to make an exhibition.

The farm pasture "Skaalbergsetera"
Skålbergsætra in Austvatn, Nord-Odal, was in traditional operation until 1960. After many years of decay and overgrowth, Anno Museum and Odalstunet have restored buildings and landscapes and budeia has re-entered the site after 50 years of absence.In summer, the farm is open every day from 12-5 pm. Feel free to bring your packed lunch and enjoy the peace .On Wednesdays, cheese making are demonstrated. The sale of self-produced sour cream every day while supplies last.

Kongsvinger Kunstforening exhibits exciting art in beautiful premises in Aamodtgården, which sits high up under Kongsvinger Fortress. It is a beautiful empire house built in 1798, and here the art society has about 110 m2 divided into gallery and office.

Opplev Kynna - canoeing in Finnskogen!
Kynna is a watercourse at Finnskogen ideal for canoeing and kayaking trips. The area has several signposted cycle routes, DNT marked trails, nature reserve, horse riding facilities, fishing opportunities and well-adapted campsites. Mattila
On 26 March 1961, Mattila was inaugurated as a tourist resort with a ski lodge, making it the oldest tourist resort in Northern Värmland. Mattila is located in the centre of Finnskogen, about 6 miles northwest of Torsby, near the border with Norway and Lake Røgden. The farm dates back to the mid-17th century where the stories still live on today. Today it is a Finn farm with a smokehouse (the only smokehouse stove in the world that is regularly lit) and an outdoor and accommodation facility. In Mattila there are about 40 cabins, most of which can be rented. There is a restaurant, meeting rooms, a ski stadium, the start of several hiking and cycling trails, an active Finnish farm with a traditional smokehouse and much more.Read more on Mattila's website- Cabins - Restaurant

Nedre Øieren Farm
Nedre Øieren Farm, is located high and free, surrounded by a beautiful cultural landscape overlooking the Lake Øier and with the surrounding forests.
